Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Alex’s Pressure Washing & Cleaning Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an owner-operated exterior cleaning business based in Merchantville, NJ. They cover your use of our website at alexspwcs.com (the “Site”) and the services we provide. By using the Site, submitting a form, or booking a job, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Short version: request an estimate, get a straight answer, and if you hire us we’ll do the work right. Nothing in here is designed to trap you.

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on what you tell us and what we can see, so if the job turns out to be meaningfully different once we’re on site (hidden square footage, a different surface, heavier staining than described), we’ll tell you before doing any extra work and agree on a new price first. We never start work you haven’t approved.

Exterior cleaning depends on the weather. If rain, wind, or freezing temperatures make the work unsafe or the results poor, we’ll reschedule to the next available slot and let you know as early as we can. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just call or text; we don’t charge cancellation fees, we just ask for reasonable notice.

On service day we need access to the areas being cleaned and to an outdoor water spigot. Please close windows, secure pets, and move vehicles or furniture out of the work area. If something can’t be moved, tell us and we’ll work around it.

Payment is due when the job is done and you’ve looked it over, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. We invoice off-site and accept the payment methods listed on the invoice. No payment information is collected through the Site.

We’re licensed and insured, and we match the method to the surface: soft washing for siding and roofs, appropriate pressure for concrete and pavers. If you’re not happy with a result, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll come back and make it right.

Some things are outside our control: pre-existing damage, failing paint, oxidized siding, brittle wood, loose mortar, or artillery fungus and stains that are permanently set. We’ll point out anything we spot before we start, and we’re not responsible for conditions that existed before we arrived or for damage that results from them.

If you check an SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Alex's Pressure Washing & Cleaning Services at the phone number you provided. There are two kinds, and you choose each one separately:

• Transactional messages: estimate confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates about your own request or job.
• Marketing messages: occasional promotions and seasonal offers.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at (267) 235-1885 or alex@alexspwcs.com. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you’ll get one final message confirming the opt-out and nothing more.

We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full details. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Site exists so homeowners and property managers can learn about our services and request estimates. Don’t misuse it: no submitting false information, no automated scraping or spam through our forms, no attempting to break or probe the Site’s security, and no using it for anything unlawful.

The content on the Site (text, photos of our work, our logo) belongs to us. You’re welcome to share links to it, but please don’t copy it to market another business.

The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and online, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Blog posts and guides are general information, not professional advice about your specific property.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the Site or a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. None of this limits liability that New Jersey law says can’t be limited, and nothing here reduces what our insurance covers for damage we actually cause on a job.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute we can’t resolve by talking it through (which is genuinely how we prefer to resolve things) will be handled in the state or federal courts of New Jersey.

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted clearly. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
